The surveys are challenging and for the most part cause me to think. Some of them are a bit lengthy and redundant and could be shorter and accomplish the same thing.

The site is safe, but it is terrible at paying you for your time. Half of the time you do a survey you don’t get paid for your time for answering the survey questions. And when you contact the help team at ***** they say there’s nothing they can do because the surveys are a third party and they have no control of the surveys.

I was recommended to try this site and glad I did. I like taking the surveys and the bonus promo days are best. I find it easy to make some extra cash which adds up quickly. I find more success on my laptop/desktop than my phone for some reason for taking surveys. I think the site is becoming more popular due to many surveys not being available when I request. This is good and glad they are a legitimate company with great customer service

Survey Junkie i think it need to upgrade their server the redirect many times those cause us slow and also there is some of survey's questions take so much time than the rewards.
I think Junkie should workout on new category type of question so that survey's can more informative and also time saving too. Survey's values are too low.
SO if you can't improve rewards then okay. Save ours time and let us do more survey then. But overall It's a great survey site there is know doubt about that.

I find that some of surveys ask way too many qualifying questions, and some sites even drop you and never give you any points There should be a min points of at least 5, if not acceptable

i love the site because its real and helpful, easy money. my only issue is that sometimes you answer all them questions and get 2points, that should be changed also make surveys more available

there have been a lot of survey errors lately. there used to not be any, but now you get almost through surveys and they stop due to errors. and of course you loose the points. email for help and they cant unless you know the exact survey the error was one. not sure how we are supposed to know that.

Although it’s not a bad survey site it gets very annoying that you finish a survey and you don’t receive any points or it gives you some kind of error message and won’t let you finish.
