The customer service doesn't seem to have answers for problems you are having with your Suzuki. I recently got a 2007 SX4 (used) and had to pull a couple fuses. Turned the car back on and the radio had a PIN code set by the previous owner that I needed to enter for it to work. To make it short, they want me to send it to Clarion for a reset. Suzuki made them manufacture the radios without a reset code that a local service location can enter in. You have to send most of the models of the radios back to Clarion for a PIN code reset. So it's basically a doorstop for now. Clarion actually recommended that I get an after market radio, lol! They said that Suzuki is the only car maker that made them create the radios this way. Really stupid if you ask me. By the way, they are not signed up with the BBB. But they do have a C- grade from them as of now. Really bad customer service!
