Is teaparty.org Safe?

Site for the Tea Party political group. Because they are a political group, they make some questionable claims, especially about members of the democratic party, but that is the nature of politics. Other than that, there doesn't seem to be reason to mark them as untrustworthy as the website itself seems legitimate. It seems more to be a response to their political views than anything else. I will note there is a section where you can pay to have 'fax blasts' sent to every member of the House and Senate on various issues, including Ebola and impeaching Obama. This section appears questionable

Here is my effort to negate the disparaging, puerile and ignorant comments regarding this site and the T.E.A. Party movement in general. Interesting that those that profess to be inclusive and tolerant are anything but when it comes to ideas they do not personally approve of.

I hate that WOT is now being used for political purposes. This is a legitimate website that contains no malware, phishing or spam. The fact that people disagree with the site's political views should be irrelevant in rating it, even though WOT has finally added a "political comments" option, no doubt because of all the complaints.

This is a safe site. For some to down-rate the site for political reasons is simply wrong. WOT Ratings are a measure of information security, and technical safety; not an place to hate or hurt your political foe's. This site does not have any spy-ware, phishing or bots...and is safe.

I've been using WOT for years, and putting it on customers computers to keep them from possible malware and virus infections, and I show them how to use it. WOT has become not trustable, because SOME people rate a site bad based on it being counter to their opinion. Rate a site based on Malware and virus infections, and good or bad shopping transactions, but stop Ruining this great tool to push your agenda. BE FAIR, Just as you want others to Respect your Opinion. If a site espouses a view you don't agree with don't rate it as a bad site, just because you don't agree with it. Anyone who Does so is Ruining WOT for all of us. :-(...

Good site very useful and informative I have visited very often. The only people who don't like it are the antigun Liberal leftist Obamacrats in short liars that only give it a bad rating because of their political bias they hate conservatives and love Obama that's all it is nothing racist or terrorist about it the left-wingers show how small-minded they are.

This site is political, just like the ***** or ***** sites and most comments are from racists and liberals who think the government should take care of them. I'm an independent business man who takes care of myself thank you. So this site is safe, just the ideas of taking care of yourself frightens some people so they mark this a hateful site. Shame.
