They tried to mail my tickets twice, but they never arrived. I ended up having to pay $3 to get them at a retailer. That was not a good experience.

Zap you with costs again and again -- "convenience charge", then "order processing fee", even a charge to *print* your ticket -- markups of 35% on my last ticket purchase -- usurious swindlers.
