Is ticketsmate.com Safe?

AVOID! I wish I’d listen to other reviews elsewhere. We spent an extreme amount of money with them for tickets to the CMA awards (we were travelling from the UK). After 3 weeks of daily phone calls being told they were being Fed Ex’d, then sent to a Nashville address, then picked up on the door, then being emailed to us, the day before they revealed they hadn’t got those tickets but offered us ‘comparable’ ones. The comparable ones were severely restricted view and available far cheaper on stubhub. The stress we went through was phenomenal and we were constantly lied to throughout. I spent over £100 on premium phone calls to their customer service centre, who never called back when they said they would. Would never, ever use again. Our feeling is they supply on demand, hence why they don’t let you know exact seat numbers. You go to them, then they desperately shop around for something in the right area. If they get it, you’re lucky and you just pay more but at least you have tickets. If you’re unlucky, you end up like us, travelling thousands of miles for an event you end up ticketless to.
