Is tnt.it Safe?

FAKE ATTEMPTS OF DELIVERY They say that they attempted to deliver a package trying to call me, but nobody called. They say that the number they had was wrong, but after double-checking, the number was correct. TRACKING NOT WORKING Tracking not working. Customer service non-existent. The tracking number does not give any results. The package was shipped ten days ago. The customer service chat with TNT is just an automatized chat. At the end of the chat, I have got no help and I was promoted to call 199-803868, which is an high-cost number that I can´t even call via voip. LOST ITEM Finally, after months of wait, TNT tell us that the item is lost and they offer the refund only for the shipping costs.

Trovo il servizio di tnt pessimo: è l'unico corriere (mai avuti problemi simili con ups, sda, poste etc.) che non segnala MAI per scritto l'eventuale mancata consegna: come fa uno a sapere che siete passati (e se è vero!!) se non c'è traccia?! Tutti gli altri, a presa mancata, lasciano un biglietto con giorno e orario del passaggio e dettagli sul secondo tentativo. TNT piazza i pacchi in giacenza, senza alcun avviso: uno come si dovrebbe regolare?! Succede una volta, va beh, capita, ma dopo 3 VOLTE comincio a pensare a un modus operandi: dico che son passato - a chi non si sa, visto che il destinatario non viene informato!! - tanto come si fa a controllare che è vero?! - poi ti piazzo il pacco in giacenza per giorni, alla fine ti faccio telefonare ad un bel 199, a pagamento ovviamente, e ti faccio pagare anche la giacenza. Mah.
