Le site toshiba.com est-il sûr ?

Una de las marcas en las que más confío por la calidad de todos los productos que fabrican. Tal vez no serán los más innovadores y en cuanto a diseño pueden no ser lo más espectaculares. Si esto es lo que buscas tal vez otras marcas lleven la delantera pero si quieres rendimiento y fiabilidad, sin lugar a dudas Toshiba te lo ofrece y a la hora de la verdad, eso es lo importante.

Sold me a laptop that overheats. I sent it into customer support 4 times. They basically looked at it, ran a few tests, sent it back in the same condition. Do not buy from toshiba, they badly design their laptops. I honestly wish I could get a refund for my laptop DO NOT BUY! Everyone at toshiba can go to hell.

Out of umpteen conversations, I have heard 2 true sentences from them. The computer came out of the box broken, but they refused to repair or replace. i am dirt poor. I have, in large part Toshiba to thank for forcing me onto the streets ASAP in my upteen efforts to get it fixed. They flatly refuse to send me an invoice, and when one extended warranty was almost up, the end date moved up a month, then another--my fear is no matter what I do, they will install more malware which is what they sent me. Lies, lies, lies, unkept promises--so bold as to say a raised key on thekeyb oard was software so not covered by my hardware warranty which they have no intention of honoring. UPS was cheaper for shipping, Toishiba then cancelled one of my warranties (no refund.) I said Toshiba in public, and the woman who heard me lost it--hysterical--"Don't you EVER say that word around me again". The next one threw hers in the trash. OH we are so happy. I wish I could tell the whole ugly story--They did so much damage I lost friends and family over it--they never beleive me--I had siezures for a week, cracked a hole in my skull, suffered a concussion and memory loss & for the next month + could not comprehend space or time. Then i had a stroke. I am terminally ill/ Toshiba knows it and I still have nothing but malware and a greatly soured outloook on life--I got screwed by 6 companies over this and lost my tiny emergency fund, but don't have a useable computer--getting into anti malware sites, including this one, is often impossible. I was then easy pickings for a hacker and had to have the computer taken down to bare metal, but it is still more trouble than it is worth to spend a day typing 2 paragraphs. Their reputation is changing. BEWARE Stay away.

Out of every other type of computer company out there, Toshiba is the only one that actually works 100% of the time. I own 4 Toshiba PC's myself and most of the companies I work for do as well. The PC's that are not made by Toshiba are typically the ones that go in for repairs.
