I was paying $10/month for access to their services. They have been billing me monthly AFTER I cancelled my subscription on their website. Now I have to block them through my bank. Stay away, they are out to take your money.

Not a scam, if you buy premium from Trilez or a confirmed mod you will get what you paid for. However, any bot is not 100% safe and you assume the risk of being banned using the program. I don't even think they accept credit cards, they only use paypal which is safer and protects you from identity theft/credit card abuse. As far as hphosts claim that they distribute malware, the program itself is not malware. On the forums anyone can post any download links they want, so only download things from trusted users/threads with a lot of good reviews and you should be safe.
