Не заказывайте на этом сайте дополнительные услуги типа "выбор питания" или "пакет обслуживания". Я купил оба пакета. Деньги были сняты, но заявленные услуги не были предоставлены. На мою жалобу мне ответили, что я оплачивал не услуги, а возможности/предпочтения. В этих услугах мне могут отказать, но деньги возвращать не собираются. Мошенничество чистой воды. Много раз покупал билеты тут, проблем никогда не было!

Покупала на этом сайте авиабилеты, все прошло благополучно, правда не сталкивалась с возвратом билетов, а так без претензий.

I've bought a ticket and was unsatisfied completelly. The price wasn't final, I had to pay abot 5% extra. I had to call 3 times to support service to refund doubled price - they had had a problem with banking and had sent payroll to my bank twice!!! And the last one - the don't have 24/7 support - they dont' receive customers calls after 8:00 pm and in the weekend.
