Is trustpilot.com Safe?

A lot of a lot of fake review. How a site can receive more of 3000 5 stars review but from another site is only 25 1 to 5 stars with a alexa rank of 2, 000,000. Is impossible. And site need to pay for use trustpilot review system. Same style of amazon review. Don't trust all you can look inside internet

Don‘t Trust(Pilot). They are removing reviews for no reason, even if they are proven. This is against German and European laws, because of article 5 of the German constitution, article 9 of the ECHR and §226 BGB. They removed some of my reviews, for example NordVPN ones. There even is a BBC article about this: ***** It still may give some indication of the trustworthiness of a service, but it shouldn‘t be trusted.

TrustPilot was or seemed reliable years ago but they are now proving to be linked with either some vendors or something else. One of the worst offenders in the Nootropic world is extremely highly rated with only two bad reviews on TP. The same vendor a year ago had many more. I have had major problems twice and others have too, which can be read on other review sites. My last order was to take days but after a month I complained and they said just give us a couple of days. I waited another month bringing my wait to two months and tracking showed the product has not left the vendors country yet. They would not refund but said they would resend. It took a couple complaints to get tracking many days later and it showed the package was resent 11 days later than they said it was. My point? This happened to me before with this vendor and to others too. This is a very common story yet Trustpilot gives them a fraction under a 5 star rating. I contacted Trustpilot's "Transparency Dept." that request problems and questions of any kind and promise their team will reply. I have proof of my rip offs and even informed them that the website for the bad vendor account is displayed on TrustPilot and goes to a .net website. TrustPilot banned the vendor with the same name using .com. I told them to click the link and see where it takes them because they are allowing high marks for a company they banned previously. The link they posted IS the banned account because the URL changes once you click on the site on TrustPilot. They NEVER ever got back to me as promised.

It´t the most critic rating site on the web. You find sometimes negative reviews about even really great websites (such as mywot!) I have left a review for ***** , trustpilot removed it even if it was my genuine story.
