This is Consumer Cellular. I have had them for about 10 years. They are a reputable Corp and one of the best Cellular Companies available for Seniors.

This is Consumer Cellular. I have had their service for years and used their website to pay my bill every month. I have never had any issues. Someone is misleading WOT or doesn't know how to keep their computer clean and is blaming this site. WOT-GET IT STRAIGHT.

Consumer Cellular is a safe site. Perhaps the problem is with "Sendgrid", which I assume is a service used by Consumer Cellular to email its customers. I have had no experience with Sendgrid.

I have never had a problem with this website, nor this company. This looks like a bogus rating planted by competing cell phone carriers. Makes me question whether WOT is even trustworthy.

I have never had a problem with this website. They have always been courteous, responsive and professional with any dealings I have had over the last 8 years. There is nothing that I would consider "Unsafe". This is a false rating.
