I was bought a cast iron tea set from this website for £80. Despite proper care & maintenance, after 3 uses the inside rusted making the tea taste very metallic and i cannot restore it. Even after 3 attempts to contact the website, I have no response on return/refund. STAY AWAY from these overpriced and poor quality products

I easily buy $200 - $300 of tea per year and own several teapots worth $300 or more. Tea is a huge passion of mine and most of the individuals and companies I've dealt with in the tea community have been nothing short of amazing. This company was the first and thankfully the only rotten, scam artist company I've come across. Please don't assume that purchasing with your credit card will protect you. If you're item arrives broken, missing items or otherwise unsatisfactory they will require that you ship it back to China AT YOUR OWN EXPENSES. ($20 - $100 depending on where you live and if you want to have tracking so they can't claim in never arrived). There are many wonderful tea and pottery sellers out there. Stay away from this one!
