They require you to pay for connections, and once you use them Upwork suspends you for unusual activity (dahhh, you send requests) and doesn't charge back the connections fee.
Trust team TAT is slow, shallow, and generally useless, their UI is buggy and has many errors (but the payment gateway works like a charm)

After working a lot on Upwork, one time, I was very surprised to see that I was not covered by any customer protection (at least for free) :-o but the freelance refuse to finish the work
Finally, after a lot of discussion, the freelance accept to refund me but Upwork does not help me in any way.

Upwork is good but now anymore because there are some people have have found ways to get theor accoutns approved even though they are not capable of providing quality work.I hate such people.

Upwork is good but getting in is a big problem if you want to be a writer. even if you do join then you have to pay money every time you request for a job even if you are not going to get it.

Upwork is a very good freelancing platform that deals with a lot of things. If you need employees then you can get them from here or you can just get a one time worker to do anything that that you need as long a it is availabe as an option in the website.

Many people do complain but this is very cool website about basically anything you can even imagine entirely, I do understand that some jobs are still trashy for anyone else but hopefully it will really get much better on this.
