Had a call today from Shaun with a terribly strong Indian accent calling from the German tel.no. ***** purporting calling from the Microsoft Support team. He tried to tell me that my hard drive was about to do down because it was infected. The weird thing was that he stated a device ID. He wanted to log into my computer by downloading a remote device. He then put me through to the technician 'Samuel Watson', same accent. When I told him, that his name is obviously not Samuel and he is calling from India he was perplexed but finally admitted he was working for urgenttechelp.com. I immediately checked them out online. SCAM!!!!! Just put the phone down if or when they call. Seems to be a huge call centre judging by the background noise.
