Total Scam website - DO NOT deal with them. Never ever deal with this company. They attract you in with promises of what is available but you have to give them your credit card details. They then charge you a small amount for 2 weeks trial. I could not find what was promised so immediately cancelled the subscription. 2 weeks later I suddenly got US$99 charged to my credit card. I immediately wrote to them and they claimed that I had not cancelled the subscription and even though I had and I had contacted them within 1 hour of the charge they refused to cancel and return my money.

Back in '80, usenet known as a source of information, much like google or wikipedia today. The real usenet was the stream of categorized news service, given and distributed between ISPs including yours, not some particular sites like they claim today. Those filthy sites give usenet a bad, very bad reputation it doesn't deserve. Unfortunately old usenet hackers no longer as eager as they were back in'80, and kids with linux today are prety much clueless and useless.

Do not use this service. Even after cancelling during the trial period and removing my payment options, the company claims to have not received the cancellation and is now sending threatening correspondence asking for an outstanding sum to be settled. Sounds like lots of people have had a similar experience. Terms and conditions are deliberately vague but their legal team seems to think that they can fabricate additional hoops you must jump through to prove cancellation. On top of all this, software is limited and crashed a number of times (obviously why I cancelled on day 1 of my trial).

I tried UNSENET.NL for two weeks. I noticed something: if I downloeded films and cartoons that I seached (with their names) and wanted to downloed, it was perfect. I had only good experiences. One time, just for fun, I began to downloed anything. I just tipped words and downloeded for "discovering"; This experience brought me a small virus... What releases my customer experience, it was PERFECT. They told they will take money after two weeks, not before. If I canceled before two weeks my inscription, so they won't take any money. It was exactly like this. VERY GOOD CUSTMER EXPERIENCE, very GOOD site for me... I canceled my inscription, because I didn't need any other downloed, but my experience with USENET NL two weeks long was PERFECT. Bye bye !

usenet.nl lured me to 1 euro in two weeks cashed another € 100 for what I know. I immediately canceled the account and paypal account and want a refund, but the company does not communicate. Your money you never see. We therefore strongly warn all the fools like me
