Most users who have logged onto v2 missed the disclaimer on their v2 homepage to visit the v1 reclaim their coins. The coins did not in fact disappear!

Moolah rolled out their V2 generation of the website and has warnings that the balance of coins would *not* automatically transfer, but you need to create a new V2 address, then follow the link to the old V1 version and there you will find the missing coins which you then can transfer manually to the V2 address that you created, from then on you can just use V2 and I have never had a problem. It is my favorite place to store coins, because there are no withdrawal fees, in contrast to all other online wallets and exchanges. Hurray for Moolah!

I've been using Moolah since they were first created. I've never had a bad experience with them, and their customer service is always quick to respond!

I use and have never had a problem. It is possible oxilore's coins are still on V1 of the platform. He has to move those to V2 if that's the case.
