Called ***** and received a call back (6/9/2016) but was told I needed to speak with the local manager. I was told they would call me, they never did and I was never given a number to call the manager. Called on the 10th with no response back. When calling them it would always go to voicemail. They don't have live operators. Tried emailing them from the automated review email and the website review email, but I never received a reply back (11-12th). The house was not at all what I thought it would be, the pictures must be several years old. Things wrong with the house.... The yard had not been cut in at least 2 or more weeks, I pulled a flea off my leg in the house. Due to the over grown bushes and grass I was concerned with bugs in the house and animals outside on the property. The furniture was old and dirty, and it should be covered if it wont be replaced. I ran out of hot water after a 10 minute shower. The bedroom door does not close all the way or lock. The bathroom door off of the bedroom is warped and I got stuck inside, as I did not want to break the door (my girlfriend had to push on the top of the door from the outside to get the door open). In the same bathroom the sink handle was broken and would fall off when turning the water on or adjusting the temperature. Then the icing on the cake was the horrible bed. I slept a total of an hour the whole night. At 3am I took all of the mattress pads from the 2ed bed and added them to the bed I was trying to sleep in. The bed was still horribly "firm" and squeaked with any movement. I also woke with a stuffy nose mostly likely due to the old bed and/or pillows. The 2ed bed was so worn you could see that it was caved in. At 4am I gave up, packed my bags, and got a hotel for the next 2 nights. The homeowner needs to take care of the property and update the horrible furniture if they respect their guests and want to rent their property out.
