Is vesolutions.co Safe?

We contacted VE Solutions (vesolutions.co) to repair a commercial vending motherboard. The company appeared legitimate and offered electronic board repair services through their website and official repair form (https://www.vesolutions.co/manuals/ERD%20REPAIR%20FORM%20PHIL.doc ). We shipped multiple motherboards for repair, paying for service and shipping each time. One particular motherboard continued to fail after repairs, so we sent it back for a third repair attempt. After this last repair, VE Solutions confirmed shipment, but they sent the motherboard to the wrong address and ZIP code. The item, valued between $350 and $600, was never received. We contacted VE Solutions numerous times by phone and email for updates and tracking information. No one responded, and no tracking number was provided. The company refused to take responsibility or offer a refund or replacement, despite clear evidence that the error occurred on their end. This is not the first time this company has made such a mistake. They previously entered the wrong ZIP code on another repair shipment, which we had to recover ourselves by contacting FedEx directly. This repeated negligence and total lack of communication suggest deceptive or fraudulent behavior toward customers. We have already filed a formal complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of Ohio and the Better Business Bureau. VE Solutions has continued to ignore all requests for resolution. Based on our experience, vesolutions.co (Vendors Exchange International / VE Solutions) has demonstrated conduct consistent with a scam or deceptive business practice, including taking payment, losing property, and refusing to communicate or resolve the issue. We recommend others avoid sending any valuable electronics to this company.
