Used to be a great company, but not any longer. Goods arrived badly packed and damaged in transit. Viking did replace them, but the replacements were just as badly packed and also damaged in transit. One month on, I have neither usable items nor a refund, nor any clear communication from Viking as to how they intend to remedy the situation. Appalling customer "service".
