Is vip-keys.com Safe?

Провёл оплату вип ключа, в ответ на почту получил письмо "Вы успешно оплатили премиум пароль для <...>! Ваш Премиум ключ будет доставлен Вам на этот адресс в ближайшее время." И в дальнейшем от них ни слуху, ни духу. Техподдержка на их сайте оффлайн, а на письма по электронной почте - ни ответа, ни привета. Остался без денег и без вип ключа. Вывод: vip-keys.com - это развод, кидалово, мошенники.

Заказал вчера ключ на depfile , сказали придет в течение 24-48 часов, после чего конечно же возникли сомнения, почему такой большой срок, начитался тут негативных отзывов и ваще на измену присел, но решил всё-таки подождать 48 часов. В итоге на следующий день, тобишь седня, ключ прислали, все работает. Ordered last key on depfile, said to come within 24-48 hours, why such a long time, but decided nevertheless to wait 48 hours. I bought a premium for 3 days for the 3 days was a littlebye account I never was able to download 1 file. Or maybe I did and it took forever, as long as the free user account did maybe longer Real ridiculous to say you pay for a service that just doesn't work.

Bought premium key 365 days for uptobox and upon order completion, stated that key will be delivery in 48 hours but only get after 1 week. Did reply promptly to my contact to support ticket system but no updates of any kind. I think checking by the other people responses that it is kind of a trend of waiting period a week is normal. So, I would give it five star rating, if the information regarding actual period may take up to 1 week if paid for by certain payment options is clearly informed during the purchase. I paid with perfect money payer check. I would probably buy another premium again but probably buy a week earlier to be safe.
