Le site vonage.com est-il sûr ?

Well, after speaking to two people and getting disconnected, it is not even the half of it. When I subscribed (month to month) the guy was new to the Wal Mart (EVAN) Store and it took him over 2 hours to get all my information, his tablet did not work and he said had had to write down my information and set up my account at home, that he would call me the following day. I called him late the fallowing day, No response! Still no response from Evan after 2 days as I signed up on the 7th of AUG 2013 and it is now 10th AUG 2013. I found it very disturbing when he took a picture of all my information and put it on his phone, then gave me back the paper! It had all my personal information and credit card information on it. AND NO it did not have my date of birth on it nor did it not have my social security number on it. I would never give out that information! Now I have spoke to 4 people today on the 10th AUG 2013, and I am still waiting to get this resolved. It is so frustrating that accounts can not find my account but the first customer service representative found the account with no problem, but he would not give me the account number, he said he would transfer that information with the call! That information was never transferred. I am very frustrated and I am still trying to fix all of this mess!

Fraudulent charges appeared on my Credit Card. CC was notified, charges were dropped, vendor notified by CC company. Vonage sends advertising material. I call to request my name to be removed stating that I never had any business with them. Some time later they send Collection agency. My response with reference to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g that demands proof of claims was never responded to, which was in accordance of my request. Awful.
