VPN4ALL provides what I need but their customer service is awful. I have had two Team Viewer sessions scheduled the last two evenings with their "level 2" support but the appointments were never kept. I never even received the courtesy of an explanation. Very frustrating when trying to solve a problem. Probably should have paid by the month instead of a year. Live and learn.

Some ISPs are on a network that takes multiple hops to get to us. Also people are dependent upon the quality of the "last mile" to their house etc. You might have a decent connection but if the exchange is loaded up (say during peak hours) the bottleneck will be with your ISP. If you want faster streaming and unblock than a VPN you should try Turbostream by VPN4ALL. Should be faster than your own network. No overhead whereas any VPN has about 30% overhead because of encryption. If that doesn't work then it's your local ISP problem.

I use VPN service daily, not only to browse anonymously, also to check what my website (and geo-targeted ads) looks like from different locations in the world. I've never had a problem with VPN4all. Giving negative WOT ratings because of 'bad backlinks' is stupid. It has nothing to do with the service they are providing. VPN4all works and does what it's supposed to do. That deserves a good rating from me.

Dishonest. Most servers have unusably low bandwidth (from Australia) - unable to even stream radio from the UK without buffering! Helpdesk provided no help & ignores requests for help. The "30 day money back guarantee" is invalid after you download 100meg - ie. once you've downloaded enough to realise their service is unusable, you're no longer eligible for a refund. Nice catch 22 there. Avoid.

This week VPN4ALL started receiving thousands of rejected messages a day. We conducted an investigation and found that somebody has been sending out spam messages as if from our email address. The spammers are trying to redirect readers to a website of another VPN provider. Of course, the IP address associated with the SPAM messages does not have anything to do with us. The IP address of the spammer is related to many other similar SPAM attacks on other VPN companies. Our own users have not been affected as the spammers are faking the ‘from’ address of VPN4ALL and have no access to our list of subscribers. We have informed all the hosts and payment providers about the spamming company and as a result the spamming has dropped off significantly in the last 24 hours. Great service but has some major problems that me as a client was able to pinpoint. Customer support is horrible. Live chatting support is only level-1 support having no access to billing or accounting records. The advertised 24/7 support is a false advertisement because the real CS people than can help you are only available in certain timings. I missed a lot of work and live TV events because of this. I am still a paying customer though, since I mainly subscribed because they have the most international servers. IMO, they are the best of the worst. They need a LOT of work on their infrastructure and they need to have real 24/7 support because of the nature of their customers!

Spammer. All I can say. Update: Apologies for posting again, but I think the comments on this site offer rather strong (circumstantial) evidence. ***** The first fifty or so comments are all spam from VPN4All; every one of them was posted on the exact same day, and none of them offer any content or insight whatsoever. Just basic blog spam. On the other hand, EVERY comment posted after the first batch has been basically a long essay describing VPN4All as offering unsatisfactory, or just plain terrible services. Those comments offer an interesting contrast to the first fifty or so. So once again, I highly do not recommended using VPN4All.

For me it's a cool service where you can set VPN once a day. Of course, if you are going to do something really bad - you will be found - but if you are just play games - that's what I needed. Nothing to compare with either FlashVPn or PureVPN. Maybe they are using spam bots I do not care...

As admin for this site, I can categorically say that we do not use any spambots to build backlinks. Currently we don't even have any backlinks in Google ratings.
