I am a employee at VR in the business development department. We have the best SMB users who send great marketing campaigns to engage their customers. We have a terrific abuse team that monitors and follows up on any and all abuse complaints within our system. We provide our ***** address in case anyone can forward examples of SPAM they received.

I am on the Abuse team at VerticalResponse. I would like to note that we are strictly opposed to the sending of unsolicited mail. Our clients may only mail those people who have directly and specifically requested information from their company. No purchased, rented, borrowed, harvested or third party lists of any kind are allowed under any circumstances whatsoever. Clients who violate this policy are banned. If anyone ever receives a piece of unsolicited email sent through our system, please forward their email to our abuse @ ***** address, as we need to open an investigation immediately. I cannot stress enough how seriously we take this kind of issue.

dmaestoso: THEY NEED TO STOP SERVICING SPAMMING CUSTOMERS. Or their legit customers need to abandon them and use a legitimate company that doesn't provide services to spammers, phishers, and the like. VRESP is LYING.

It is subscriber e-based service that handle chiefly on online email subscription. Why will I be getting negative rating if it helps to mail out newsletter that I SUBSCRIBE to baby carrier store? This company doesn't not demonstrate any activity of spamming as we led to believe by other WOT user. ***** says: "The sending of unsolicited commercial email is not permitted using this system. This is a good site. It's real easy to make your own E-newsletters and send them out to your clients. There is no spam unless you have given you email to a company that is using the service.
