No, not a good site, ITS THE BEST SITE I EVER VISITED! SO GOOD! MAKE A FREE SITE! AND WHAT MORE, IF YOU INVITE A FRIEND, HE SIGNS UP AND PUBLISHES A SITE, YOU GET 10$ WHICH CAN BE APPLIED TO ANY PREMIUM PLAN! Though, there's a catch, you have to put to a site, not to all the sites like other sites builders. Anyways, I'm saving up to get as much credits for inviting my friends, I'm saving until I have enough money o buy a 6 month premium plan! They also have a good support center and even if they say they reply to pro and stater users the fastest, I have a starter site and what I think that they reply to everybody the same way. :-)

Weebly is a good website builder. However, the individual sites at Weebly are owned by separate webmasters, so I can't vouch for their contents. In other words, Weebly itself is good, other sites hosted by Weebly, I don't know.
