Is wingie.com Safe?

I had a very bad experience with Wingie: I booked flight to Mogadishu and received electronic ticket, then I went to check in 2 days later and in the check in no flight with Hahn air on that day, no ticket for me, and no flight at this time! So I had to buy the ticket from the different airline directly. After contacting Wingie next day regarding my experience I was told just take the returning flight and we will deal with that. In the check in for returning flight in Mogadishu - again NO TICKET; NO HAHN AIR FLYING ON THIS DAY; NO FLIGHT AT THIS TIMING. Again I bought the ticket from the different airline directly. When i have returned I have contacted Wingie per email and per phone and i was told wit 7 business days and we will check it. THEN THE RESPONSE FROM THE WINGIE - WE DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TICKET WE SOLD IT TO YOU PLEASE CONTACT THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY. You can not get any refund from airline directly because you bought the ticket from third party agency! IN SUMMARY I HAVE READ IN LAST FEW DAYS SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THE WINGIE; DESCRIBING THE SAME PROBLEMS WINGIE IS SELING THE TICKETS BUT DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SOLD TICKETS; MANY TICKETS HAVE WRONG INFORMATION; OR THE FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOU WILL NOT GET NOTIFICATION! The company is German but the quality is extremely bad! MY RECOMMENDATION BUY TICKETS DIRECTLY BY THE AIRLINE; DON`T BUY ANY TICKETS FROM WINGIE BECAUSE THEY DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TICKETS THEY SOLD IT TO YOU; AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REFUND OR COMPENSATION IT THE TICKET HAS WRONG INFORMATION; OR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED; OR YOU DONT RECEIVE IT AT ALL; OR THE BOOKING NUMBER FOR TICKET IS NOT EXISTING LIKE IN MY CASE. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS WINGIE COMPANY MANY MANY BAD REVIEWS; MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS; IF YOU WANT TO HAVE NICE FLIGHT DON`T BUY THE TICKET FROM WINGIE!!!!

I made a mistake - and booked filght tickets through Wingie. My flight was cancelled. For half a year (!) I have been chasing Wingie trying to get a refund. There is no one to talk to. I have already sent them several letters. I also tried in chat. A representative called me and didn't really know what to say except to keep waiting. Half a year has already passed - and they do not return the money for a canceled flight. I suggest to everyone - not to book flights from Wingy. In case of flight cancellation - you can forget about your money !! Rarely do you encounter such poor customer service and commercial dishonesty such as this. Suggest to everyone - AVOID any deal with Wingie.
