I have been a Go Phone customer for over 7 years. When I had a problem or question I called customer service and never had a bad experience and my question was answered and if I couldn't understand the answer,the c.s. re. would walk me through until it was understood by me. I had the minute plan until they changed the plan to unlimited text,talk and web for $50.00 a month.No strings attached or hidden charges. I highly recommend this plan to all !!

For one thing they got rid of the unlimited data plan, they send me text messages of how much are bill is this month. I am not even the account holder so I shouldn't know how much it is... Go to Verizon. Soon I am sure they will go out of business or hopefully Verizon will buy them out. Boycott AT&t

The website is only for new costumers prices change without you knowing, features change without you knowing, everything is but what it says on that website once you are in business with them. They have many shady business practices. Let's say you sign a contract with this company and you live in 11 street 12 ave, my town, california. You go home and realize it has NO SIGNAL at your house at all and after time you find out there is no coverage and move on to a company that does. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT! EVEN IF THEY PROVIDED NO SERVICE AT YOUR ADDRESS THEY WILL STILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT UNLESS YOU PAY THEM A $314 FEE. Here is a transcript of a chat with a representative: Thank you for your patience! An AT&T sales representative will be with you shortly. You are now chatting with Janet M., an AT&T sales representative. Seida: Good afternoon Janet Seida: hello? Janet M.: Welcome to AT&T online Sales support, my name is Janet. How may I assist you with placing your order today? Seida: I have att Janet M.: Great! Seida: and I want to buy an refurbished 16gb iphone Seida: and so far it looks like is only for people with no att Seida: so not so great :( Janet M.: Would you like top add a line to your account with this phone? Seida: I am sorry can you say that again Seida: in english Seida: "like top add" Seida: doesnt make any sense Seida: sorry Seida: you mean to add a line? The online promotions and discounts are only for brand new activations (new accounts, or additional lines on an existing account), or customers eligible for an Upgrade (replacement) and willing to renew their contract. To buy the device-only, you will want to visit one of our stores to do so at their retail price. For new customers or those upgrading their device, the ETF has been reduced to $150 for basic handsets and quick-messaging devices and will drop $4 per month over the life of the 2-year service agreement. For more advanced or higher-end devices, including smartphones and netbooks, the ETF has been raised to $325 and will drop $10 per month over the life of the 2-year service agreement. Existing customers who are within their 2-year service agreement will see no change to their current terms. As always, customers who complete their 2-year service agreement are not subject to an ETF until they upgrade and enter a new agreement. I have nothing but good things to say about ATT and their web site. You do have to agree to a 24 month commitment, but they are no different than any other cell provider. You get what you pay for.:)
