Is wish.com Safe?

Horrible site. All Chinese sellers that are thieves and will scam you. Shipping takes a month or more and you never receive the product you pay for. It's a total rip-off and waste of time and money. This site and all their sellers should be taken down and out of business. Any possitive ratings for anything there are fake. Just watch some YouTube videos on them and see what others are expieriencing if you don't believe me.

The site requires registration to allow browsing, and this is easily abused for filling your e-mail account with spam. So it heavily does not respect the privacy. The product being sent from China, that means you have to pay customs fee for products, with price over 22 euro!

Ich wundere mich über die vielen grünen Bewertungen ohne Begründung. Ich habe einige Male da bestellt und 2x wurde die Bestellung vom Zoll einbehalten. Das ist weniger schön, aber keine Seltenheit bei solchen Asia Online-Shops. Die Ware war den Preisen angepasst, also recht billig. Die Wartezeiten sind oft unterirdisch. Ich bestelle so ein Zeugs nur noch über eBay und hat bisher immer geklappt. Persönlich kann ich wish.com nicht weiter empfehlen.

I've had a couple of bad experiences and a few good ones with Wish. There were two orders that never arrived, but the money spent was refunded minus a minor fee, which I think had to do with shipping. Their customer service spoke such bad English that I gave up asking about it. There was one other item (suction cup towel bar) that as much as I wanted it to work out, it never did and always fall off regardless of surface, which rendered it useless. The few things I ordered that arrived were art prints, fairly nice fabric canvas with videogame artwork. They arrived within the expected time frame and securely rolled up in PVC tubes. Wish has some good deals if we take the time to look for them, but their site search is terrible and there is no practical way to filter items. There are some categories, but they are not enough to narrow down the search and make browsing easier. For example, when you click "Fashion", you have no sub-categories to look for coats, tops, sweaters or whatever you want to find. They also "spam" our user dashboard with alerts, most of them not even relevant to my previous purchases or items on my lists. I've deleted my wishlists thinking these would stop, but they just keep coming. And there is no way to mass delete all these notices. Fortunately, they don't send these by mail!
