Is www.elektrotools.de Safe?

made the comment in two languages, first in english then in english: ================ english version ================= ordered an article on july, 26'th. Payment by invoice. But the invoicing is made by paymorrow.de. Delivery o.k. I made the payment on August, 1'st to paymorrow. Paymorrow didn't send me a receipt of payment. 4 weeks later, on September the 1'st, i got a mail by paymorrow, that they were informed by elektrotools that elektrotools had delivered the article just this moment and that i should pay until October the 1'st ! I phoned to elektrotools and they told me, that I should talk to paymorrow, because they are responsible for the invoicing. I asked them, if they don't feel reponsible for their announcement to paymorrow about the delivery date, that triggered a wrong invoice process ? Answer: I don't talk with you on this level ! Funny eeh ? But i couldn't laugh at that moment. I phoned to paymorrow. Fortunately they could confirm, that the payment was received and that there is no outstanding debt. But they didn't feel responsible for the last mail about opening the invoice process, more than 4 weeks after receiving the money. They referred to elektrotools because they were responsible ! Result: two companies are handling the delivering and invoicing; both don't communicate well; both don't feel really responsible and blame the other company for responsibility. Danger of being wrongly accused of open debts. ========== german version ============ 1. Am 26.7 Bestellung mit Rechnung über Paymorrow aufgegeben. 2. Lieferung war o.k. 3. Bezahlung an Paymorrow wurde am 1.8. geleistet. Keine "Geld erhalten" Bestätigung von Paymorrow. 4. Vier Wochen später, am 1.9. Mail v. Paymorrow, dass elektrotools ihnen gerade eben die Lieferung avisiert habe und ich bis spätestens 1.10. zahlen solle !!! 5. Anruf bei elektrotools: Habe ich nichts mit zu tun, wenden Sie sich an paymorrow. Ich: Sie fühlen sich nicht zuständig dafür, dass paymorrow mir eine Mail schickt, dass Sie denen eine (zweite ?) Lieferung vor kurzem avisiert haben, die wohl eine falsche Berechnung ausgelöst hat ? Antwort: Auf dem Niveau rede ich mit Ihnen nicht ! 6. Anruf bei paymorrow. Bestätigung, dass die Zahlung eingegangen und der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist. Zu den Problemen solle ich mich aber an elektrotools wenden, da sie nicht für die Sendungsavisierung zuständig seien. Warum schicken sie mir aber eine Zahlungsaufforderung zu einem Vorgang, zu dem sie das Geld längst erhalten haben ? Wäre das nicht eine kleine Entschuldigung wert gewesen ? Ergebnis: Passt bloss auf. Da kann man schnell ins Dickicht der Nichtzuständigkeiten geraten. Hatte wohl schon so ein Gefühl und mir deswegen eine Buchungsbestätigung über meine Anweisung vom Girokonto erstellt und aufgehoben.
