Is www.interflora.co.uk Safe?

I placed an order with this company on a Tuesday evening for a flower delivery on a Thursday morning. The order was not delivered. When I phoned interflora, I was told the order was not delivered because the recipient did not live at the address. How the florist came to this conclusion, I am unsure as the recipient not only lives at the address provided, but was present during the entire 4-hour morning delivery slot. I was then told that the florist called the recipient and had arranged for an afternoon delivery. This delivery did not happen. Calling the next day, I discovered the florist had not actually contacted the recipient, until 6pm in the evening, when a delivery was no longer possible. On top of all this, the customer service reps were exceptionally rude. As an example, on the second phone call, after explaining the situation, the rep asked me, and I quote directly: "So what's your problem now?" My problem was quite simple: the flowers were still not delivered! I've never had such difficulty in sending flowers--something that's generally a rather simple affair. Never before have I experienced such terrible service.
