Terrible service!!: is3 sold us Smart Support via Stopzilla. Tech service was transferred to OMG which was terrible when we finally accessed it. Very slow to get to a tech! Hours on the phone. We wanted to cancel our service but is3 said the contract requires cancellation within 15 days; they had never sent us a contract. We are out $309 for lousy tech service and no refund upon cancellation!! Avoid this company!!

My brother got iS3's STOPzilla when he had the rouge Internet Security 2010 on his old computer. Me and my family were there to help out, and we unknowingly downloaded SZ on to that computer. We did not know that it was rogue at the time. When the scan (that I know think is too short to detect anything) finished, the idiotic software urged us to buy it. THAT day was unlucky as we fell for it. Now the truth has been revealed about iS3! The day that they shut down is going to be a good one!

STOPzilla is proving to be a very dependable and sound product which has for me been a rewarding solution experience. I am retired, and have many folders of information on my PC in support of volunteering roles I perform. I was looking for a straight forward solution to protect this data accumulated over a number of years. I am continualy accessing various web sites in my role. I needed something I did not have to interfere with, a user parameter solution backed by an organisation who would be there if and when needed. I trust the "STOP zilla" product and "iS3" , good to be able to sleep at night, as soon as I power up my PC, I am confident STOPzilla is there working in the background as my watchman.

I consider this web site very informational, useful and intuitive, when I read some of the adverse comments below I must say that these as far as I am concerned are totally unfounded. My experience with this site and product contents encourage me to stay the course with IS3 and it's product range in particular STOPzilla. As I am in the "Land Down Under" it is important today that companies can service their customer base where ever they are the world. IS3 have exceeded my expectations.

I have been a user of STOPzilla for 2 years, I have recently renewed my license for a further year. My experience has been one of continued two way relationship. IS3 have been responsive in their responses to my needs, these needs being of educational need in the main. I found them obliging and friendly. Being down under in Melbourne Australia has not hindered this high level of customer contact.
