The profile "shazza" has reported 13 pages (40 reports per page) of alleged phishing scams in the last two days, 309.000+ ratings since Nov 2008. I'm not sure how many of the posts are legit, but I'm pretty sure this one is not.
Maybe there was a problem with the OBU site back in Apr 2009, but this person's posting history makes be doubt the autenticity of the report.

This is a university website. I am not sure why it would have such a poor rating unless people have ulterior motives.

These other comments don't even make sense for a college site. I'm not sure what's going on here, but this site is perfectly fine.
