Zap Hosting is simply the worst company I've ever experienced. They were recommended for FiveM servers so I signed up. After the Euro to USD conversion and a foreign transaction fee, I was in. The server took about 10 minutes to actual set up. Within that time, I realized their control panel was absolutely horrible and their site/communications were a large mix of English and German, frequently hard to understand. Within 15 minutes of my order, I politely requested a refund, citing their panel was confusing and hard to understand, not to mention it was in Germany. They refused and would only provide a credit to order MORE services with them, which completely nullified my reason for cancelling. I disputed the transaction with PayPal and won the dispute without ever hearing another word from them - even in the PayPal dispute, yet they continuously sent me German emails about a service that was suspended due to my dispute. Day after Day I got fully German or German/Engrish emails for a service I didn't have with a company I didn't want to business with. I reopened my ticket and asked if they would please close my account now that the dispute was settled. Their response was that I had to pay my open invoice, for a service I used for five minutes, and then they would close my account. I have no idea how they're in bed with the FiveM people, but this is your warning - they're a horrible company with horrible policies and horrible "support". PLEASE save yourself a huge headache and avoid Zap Hosting.

Gut, ZAP-Hosting. Ein weiterer Anbieter bei dem ich Kunde.... WAR! Dort nochmal einen Server bestellen? Nein, garantiert nicht.
Ich kann und will nicht wirklich viel zu schreiben. Erst vor kurzer Zeit war ZAP-Hosting einen Hackerangriff ausgesetzt und die gesamten Kundendaten waren weg bzw. wurden kopiert. Entsprechende Quellen(heise.de): *****
Wenn man ein bisschen klug ist, dann sollte man wirklich keinen Server dort bestellen. Einfach mal den entsprechenden "Grußtext" des Hackers durchlesen.

Die Leistung der VServer ist sehr Schwach. Man kann nicht den VServer selber neuinstalieren. Die Internetverbindung ist schlecht nur 4Mbits und die Pings sind hoch.

habe domane Fällt alle Paar tage aus wenn man den Support schreibt wartet man 10 min auf EINE antw. dem entsprechend sind die Gespräche

Geht in den Zoo und bringt den affen was bei ist effektiver
ach und dass beste ist dass das Problem mit der domaene ist ja nur Local und nicht im System der Fehler ist
