ich habe bin jetzt in meinem leben bei ca 200 online shops bestellt, aber in punkto SCHLECHTER KUNDENSERVICE bekommt zara souverän platz 1. unkompetent und unfreundlich, da macht ein schicker online shop auch nicht viel aus.
