Is zookaware.com Safe?

Fixed several problems I had on my computer and in my registry that other programs I own totally missed or simply didn't fix. I have done network and computer security for several years and find this to be really decent software. I use both spyzooka and speedzooka on my own personal computers. The sites that rate them as unsafe are a joke. Their customer service is top notch and they are very quick to respond. I do know a few people that bought the software and then asked for a refund because it didn't fix THEIR issues....and their refunds were done within a few days (that's the banks...not the company.)

Downloaded this product and it sucks, doesn't fix what I have wrong with my computer even though they have an error fix guarantee. I should've known better as you can't fix every error. Just a scam like many of these other programs and annoying as heck. They won't fix anything unless you pay them but don't say that in their ads...

***** This company took monies for software to sort out reg problems and find lib_VoiceEngine_dll.dll I have tried to contact them by phone and voucher system no replies I am fed up of rip off ppl I dont have a lot of money NOW I HAVE LESS HOPE THEY SEE THIS I went without to pay their bill ZookaWare uses deceptive marketing, and writes fraudulent reports on various software products in the industry to garner SEO results and get searches to link to their own products: SpyZooka, RegZooka and CyberBackup in a false and misleading manner. ZookaWare uses this website as a "false product review" site to mislead consumers: ZookaWare has created dozens of false product reviews with a false rating system that gives their own product a higher score http://www.urlvoid.com/scan/zookaware.com/
