zoy.org is the domain of Samuel Hocevar, who was Debian project manager for a little, but it also contains a mirror of GNAA's LastMeasure, which is fairly evil. It also contains projects such as the caca (color ascii) video output plugin for mplayer. It's not a completely unsafe site, but be very careful when browsing it.

Couldn't find anything harmful on the site even with AdBlock turned off, seems like a 'normal' website. Though, I don't speak french and so can't say what the website is exactly about.
One of the subdomains (decss.zoy.org) does spread the DeCSS code, though...couldn't find anything harmful there either.

Just don't go there. That's all you need to know.

Spams your browser with shock site pop-ups that move away from your mouse, turns your volume up to max and screams "Hey everybody, I'm looking at gay porn!", uses java to keep you from leaving, and disables control alt delete. 404 error is the same thing so any link ending with zoy.org (ex: virusscan.zoy.org) gives same results. Avoid at all costs.
