i stopped making payments when i realised that they are scamming by a man I met on the app, I have already made payments when I asked back my money he stopped responding so reached out for help by contacting Digassets . icu within three to four days I got my money

match.com is one of the first online dating websites, since 2005, so they won't take your money and disappear. Fake profiles (of women AND men) can be a problem. There's pressure to upgrade to more expensive monthly plans. Be careful as I doubt it's worth it. They have multiple privacy protection options, but the online dating concept just doesn't work for a lot of people. This is NOT a safe site for anyone under age 18.

Well, they silently changed my subscription cost from 30$ to $80 and continue to charge even after I deactivated my account. Refuse to refund money or even send receipts for transactions. Their customer support is outsourced and completely useless, can't even get information what company processing payment for them. Be careful guys!

After you pay a pass, you get automatically subscribed for life for renewal without being warned about it, till you explicitly request not to do so. So most people will continue paying without noticing it. Moreover the site uses all kind of strategies for mining your money. At first it allows you to create an account which takes long to complete, for lately noticing you won't be able to contact anyone except if you pay. And after paying a pass, only then is when the site lets you know you won't be able to do certain things except if you pay further. These things are to filter users, and to manage your status. I also suspect that some users are bots, as they have a clear patron of behaviour. For example, if I request them to upload a photo they will keep sending me blinks ad infinitum.
