Why in the world would this site need to know your name, address, phone number, etc? Based off it's claims, it just needs your age, height, weight, and gender.

This site offers lots of good info in diabetes. It is also chalked full of advertising. It's up to the reader to click on the article or recipe he or she wants to read, and avoid surveys and ads unless you want lots of spam. I subscribe to their newsletter, and they send me a free magazine in the mail. A Diabetic magazine. It also has advertising in it, as most magazines do.
The point is ... they have never given me anything I didn't ask for. If you wish you hadn't subscribed, unsubscribe. If you clicked on ads, and filled out surveys ... well, ... um ... you'll get spam.

Signed up for it and received tons of spam but no coupons. The privacy policy is obviously deceptive because when I signed up, I used a specific name and all of the new spam I get uses that name.

Advertising free diabetes bracelet. If you read the terms they require all your information and you have to complete 2 offers which require credit card numbers. Information is used for spam and the offers will cost you money so the bracelet is not actually free.
