It is also chalked full of advertising. It's up to the reader to click on the article or recipe he or she wants to read, and avoid surveys and ads unless you want lots of spam. I subscribe to their newsletter, and they send me a free magazine in the mail. A Diabetic magazine. It also has advertising in it, as most magazines do. The point is ... they have never given me anything I didn't ask for. If you wish you hadn't subscribed, unsubscribe. If you clicked on ads, and filled out surveys ... well, ... um ... you'll get spam.
