Been using apple stuff for years. No problems with site and always had good service. If you have a problem with apple stuff - try going to genius bar in nearest apple store often they can sort out stuff there and then. I know itunes is not so great on PC - another reason to buy a mac. Why because they work out of the box.

What is it with all of the negative complaints? Bad customer experience? I haven't had a real complaint with Apple. They don't intend to scam. This site is very safe and harmless.

My iPod wasn't taking a charge so i took it to the apple store and a Intern Guinness Bar guy saw something in the connector slot so he took it out with his credit card evan though the real Guinness bar was booked. I am very happy.

Operating Systems are full of security flaws(just apple has such a low userbase that nobody wants to waste the time to create malware for it yet).
Software has been known to contain malware in the past, and engages in malicious activities in order for apple software to gain dominance over any other similar software
