apple.comは安全ですか？

Apple products themselves are great, the ecosystem is solid, and everything just works together as it should. The quality of the hardware is top-notch, though the prices here in Poland are obviously high, even compared to other EU countries. My main frustration is the service situation. Since we don't have proper Apple Stores, you have to deal with authorized resellers like iSpot or Cortland for repairs, and the support experience can be really hit or miss. When something goes wrong, the process is often slow and complicated. It makes you feel like Apple kind of forgets about us here. Great products, but local support needs a lot of work.

I enjoy their ecosystem. Before the use, I`ve never believed that apple`s products can be better than for example samsung. I thought they charge only for the brand and that`s why their products are so expensive, while having the same features, like others. But, really, now I can notice the difference. Whenever I need to get synchronized, I can easily transfer all my data from my smartphone to the laptop in one click. This is important for my work and I`m glad that apple provides this opportunity.
