eBay mandates the use of it's sister company PayPal. Basically a monopoly in the auction industry. They both take more than a normal auction house in fees. They advertise (push) a "pay it later program" which you won't know if you qualify until after you buy an item, have back-up money because you WILL owe the amount if you don't qualify. The seller programs are geared towards the high end seller with low cost merchandise (China). Everything that was good about eBay has gone the way of large greedy corporations.

I Sign up for eBay sale couple things worth more than $5000 now they are freeze my money with PayPal and I am not able to get them !!!! It's full of scam!!! I use now AUCTIONSBUY Free Auction and I am happy :) sell already couple staff and get my money with out any no problems.

I have found this site t be safe. I have only purchased two items to date but both were exactly what I was looking for and both arrived in the mail ahead of schedual.

Ebay can be a completely great site to sell things and make money, however it can also be a tragic experience for those who purchase from those who have a decent rating, and find out it's nothing what you were hoping for. Probably best to buy from those who have a 100% rating and at least 75 different sells.
