I ordered from this website, paid via PayPal, LightInTheBox auto-generated a user account for me based upon my PayPal email address, but I couldn't log in with the login information it provided me. They took the money from my PayPal account and I have no way to check the order status. I didn't even receive a confirmation email. They do not have a phone number nor any way to ask for help without logging in first. I've sent them emails asking for help, one was ignored and one bounced back to me with a message in Chinese that translated to "mailbox is full". Not holding my breath to ever see the product I ordered...

We had bad experience by buying some dresses. We make an order and were on the last step which is the paying. So we payed it. After paying they said we have to comlete the Order first. they have no order from us. After trying to buy it again, we had the same situation. Maybe the German version isn't working correctly.
