If you search long enough you will find it cheaper somewhere else, but when it comes to customer service there is no better. I would rather pay a little more to KNOW that newegg will do everything they can to see that your experience is a good one.

Where do you start?! Do I start with high quality and great pricing on everything from PC parts to electronics to games to house hold items? Or should I first mention their remarkable customer service? At your door in 3-4 days as promised, easy returns (if needed), hassle free, professional. No, no, wait! I know what should come first...the customer reviews and ratings. The pool of knowledge runs deep at Newegg. Many a time I scanned for high ratings and read review after review to make sure I was making an informed purchase. Don't waste your time or money on other e-outlets. Newegg it! You'll be glad you did.

Overpriced. Yes, I said it. Newegg used to be great, awesome, but now everything is overpriced. I go to Amazon before newegg now and find lower prices. Great customer service, but these days, I will rarely buy anything there. Too many other sites that are cheaper: Tiger Direct, Provantage, wired.com, and even Amazon. The egg has broken!
