I always love what I buy from here. I did accidentally order an HDMI cable with no way of canceling the order even seconds after I placed it. Otherwise, I haven't had any problems.

Even if you're thinking of buy from another site or even from an actual store. You can go to Newegg and find out what others already know. The buyers reviews have helped me to make several purchases, both on & off of Newegg.

Overall, I feel I can depend on New Egg every time, and I've built my computers over the last ten years mostly with parts from NewEgg. Shipping is great, customer service is the best, and their prices are usually within a couple of dollars of anyone's so I save time and just go there first! (Trust but verify!)

Been a customer with Newegg for several years. Never had a customer service problem. I have received defective computer hardware (Not Newegg's) and was able to return and get them replaced with zero hassle. No where else in USA have I had this type of service. A++
