It's a great website. I've never had any problems with it. It has a lot of great health info.

Whenever I sign up for those things (if I do...lol) I use a Yahoo disposable email address so that I can promptly delete it if I start receiving a bunch of spam. For instance, I would use ***** to sign up, then see what kinds of emails I start getting at that address. If I start getting spammed, I just delete the disposable email address and viola! No more spam from them! It's great. Of course, I pay extra for Yahoo's premium email service in order to have the disposable address option, but it's really worth it to me!

I have benefited from this site for over a year. I have ALWAYS received my FREE samples (no strings attached). Their newsletters have pertinent and valuable information that I occasionally save in a file for future references. As with everything on the web these days, you need to READ the offers CAREFULLY, and only choose the offers that are truly FREE. I have NEVER had a problem with this site - it is too bad that others may be turned away by the WOT rating. The site is fine, you just need to be careful what you choose or where you choose to go and what information you choose to give. I have given my information on subjects that I would like help with and I get great information geared toward those issues, plus FREE stuff (read offers carefully). I have found that this is one of the better "Heath information" sites out there. IMHO... DO NOT BE AFRAID....

I have gotten so many good freebee's from this site. Yes, they will pass on your info to other sites, but they are sites that will benefit you! AND, if you don't want them to, they won't. Just be sure to read everything so that you will know what not to click on.

Makes you fill out surveys designed to gather marketing information based on personal medical info before you can finish reading articles, so that you can be targeted for pharmaceutical companies pitching their wares. Not fair, dirty pool. If you're there to read about medical conditions you shouldn't be targeted as a rube before you even get past the second paragraph, more than likely you are in a vulnerable state trying to gather info about a sensitive matter.

"These promotions are brought to you by ***** and are subject to participation terms and conditions. Receipt of a gift offer requires completion of the following offer terms: 1) valid age, shipping address verification, and registration on ***** with a valid email address; 2) completion of member registration survey questions; 3) completion of eight or more profile questions; and 4) acceptance of an offer from one of our sponsors. " All that for 8 bandaids? LOL :-o

Thank you "retired2165"! I agree, I love their Quality Health newsletters. I print them and keep them for future use, or to pass down to someone who might be having health issues. Thanks for assuring me that they're safe "retired2165". =)

I use a private domain to manage email. Each site receives it's own address (i.e. qualityhealth(at)mydomain.com for this site.) I receive the MOST spam from this address BY FAR -- usually 10-12 emails/day.

I never liked canned spam. I get something from these people everyday. They can cure everything under the sun, but not until you buy a product: they don't reveal either what it is or what it costs. Any links they send come up yellow, and if you continue, red. Pointless to use this site unless you like being toyed with and buried in spam. They have given me absolutely no useful information. Just one sales pitch after another for a product they refused to reveal along with the price which also remained a secret. I'm not even sure they told me what the product was for. I began deleting long ago, for what good it does me. When I signed up, I didn't know they offered free stuff. I have serious health problems and hoped I had found a resource for help. I sorely regret all the personal info I gave them: it is necessary for healing, but then I discovered their tactic. SPAM SPAM SPAM with no end. I have unsubscribed at least 3 times, and they won't go away. If they want to sell something, they should give you a clue as to what it is, why you want it, and the cost. I don't have all day playing games with them As for the many who say nothing is free: I have received some wonderful free samples, including a thermal lunch bag, one can of really unique tuna and another of sardines, lots of wonderful beverages. There are companies that legitimately want you to try thier products, and some are quite generous. I'vve received a number of nutritional supplements: it goes on: not one of these companies ever spammed me. But when I see quality health, I get out immediately.. To take any freebie from them is to invite daily spam, and canned or virtual, I hate the stuff. They are definately crooked. And no, I never took a freebie from them. I just wanted a good resource for healing.

Lured me in promising an organic food newsletter, and then asked me questions so I could get ads for prescriptions! Um, I eat organic, pastured, traditional foods. I don't need prescriptions.

Spamming private messages of health sites telling members to get a free Diabetic Diet plan by going to ***** which redirects you to ***** which then goes through a few redirects which eventually lead you to qualityhealth.com Seems okay to look at but the private message to me tells me it is collecting email addresses: "Hi, I saw you joined this forum recently, and I just wanted to give you a big Welcome! to our community. I have found this place incredibly helpful. As a welcome gift, I want to shoot you this – you just submit your email and get a free meal plan for diabetics ***** Regards, adminoffer"

I've been receiving their Quality Health newsletters for over a year and have never had a problem! This is with a 30yr history of mainframe and PC hardware and software support, programming, and managing. So I don't think I'm being naive!

This is a good website. It's very informative and gives you quite a bit of information on your health. I've been a member of this website for years. So it's a very safe website. cindygail43

Spamvertising using electguideline.com.
Utile
Information presented is reasonably good, but pretends to offer promising information that you can get easily from other sources. Once you sign up, they continually try to get information on your health that they furnish to others for email. This means that you are likely to be targeted for email campaigns. Getting information from this site is likely to be more involved than you want. They get you with the promise of free samples and information, but they don't bother.
