Wenn Ware nicht auf Lager wird kein Geld abgebucht und man erhält eine Info-Mail. Kann aber leider nichts zum Service bei Raklamation sagen, da ich ihn noch nicht benötigte. Another time with a different card which I had only used at reputable shops was fine until I used it at thehut.com. A week later it was hit with fraudulent transactions. This experience has put me off using thehut.com which is a shame, becuase their prices are good and delivery was quick. It is currently being investigated by myself and a fraud team.
