Wenn Ware nicht auf Lager wird kein Geld abgebucht und man erhält eine Info-Mail. Kann aber leider nichts zum Service bei Raklamation sagen, da ich ihn noch nicht benötigte. This experience has put me off using thehut.com which is a shame, becuase their prices are good and delivery was quick. It is currently being investigated by myself and a fraud team.
