ns.nlは安全ですか？

NS is the primary railway service in the Netherlands and offers extensive coverage. However, delays and schedule changes are fairly common, and the ticket prices can feel high compared to neighboring countries. Better punctuality would make the service more dependable, and I don’t understand how our neighboring countries can have cheaper railway transport then ours :/

- bad usability when you have an account already, and forgot your password or login etc. it´s a problem to find out or get the infos send - the support is not really helpfull in solving problems; useless... they are friendly, if you are lucky, but they tell you how to solve your problem on your own, THEY DON`t TAKJE ACTIONS THEMSELVES EVEN IF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR A PRODUCT - dutch bureaucracy - dutch way of "managing" and handling... ( = talking, discussing, doing as if being political correct, but not delivering )
