- bad usability
when you have an account already, and forgot your password or login etc. it´s a problem to find out or get the infos send
- the support is not really helpfull in solving problems; useless...
they are friendly, if you are lucky, but they tell you how to solve your problem on your own, THEY DON`t TAKJE ACTIONS THEMSELVES EVEN IF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR A PRODUCT
- dutch bureaucracy
- dutch way of "managing" and handling...
( = talking, discussing, doing as if being political correct, but not delivering )
