Apple is great)

Apple makes great products (I have an iPod touch 2G), but they rip everyone off. $1000 for 2 GB RAM? You kidding me? I can get 8 GB for $500, so why would I pay more just for a cleaner, better OS? It probably costs less than $100 to produce a Mac, yet they mark it up by over 500%. I understand they need to make money, but really!

Been using apple stuff for years. No problems with site and always had good service. If you have a problem with apple stuff - try going to genius bar in nearest apple store often they can sort out stuff there and then. I know itunes is not so great on PC - another reason to buy a mac. Why because they work out of the box.

What is it with all of the negative complaints? Bad customer experience? I haven't had a real complaint with Apple. They don't intend to scam. This site is very safe and harmless.
